Hello and come on in :O) My name is Lisa and I started this blog for two reasons the first is that I love exploring ways to keep myself feeling as young as possible for as long as possible. In my mind I am still 20 something and I aim to keep it that way for as long as possible, through exercise, a good diet and a ‘sod that I’m not getting old’ attitude’. The second reason is that I LOVE writing; I’ve tried writing novels over the years (don’t have the stamina) and I jot down the odd poem here and there but blogging seems to have unleashed my inner journalist wannabe and it fills me with a sense of excitement that I haven’t felt for a long time :O)
I’m constantly looking for ways to unleash my inner kid whilst, at the same time, keeping my mind as peaceful but as active possible; I don’t always succeed but I’ve got no intention of giving up. I might be growing older but there’s no way I’m growing up!
I love getting the email that tells me someone has commented on a post so I really hope that you’ll take a few minutes to read a some of the stuff that I’ve written and give me your views. It doesn’t matter if you agree or disagree; I’m just always looking for new ideas and new people to interact with. Some of my stuff is health and fitness related, some is motivational and some of it is just my musings on the things that are going on around me.
