        You know, I think a lot of unnecessary heartache and pain has happened from humans trying to deny that they *are* animals.

    Woah, your image makes my skin crawl. But I agree with the need to abandon unskilful habits and pain. You must get Jack Kornfield’s book, Buddha’s Little Instruction Book, if you don’t have it already.
