The Power of Forgiveness

A 100 year old woman, who survived a Nazi concentration camp, asked God to forgive her mugger and murderer with her dying breath; I cannot begin to understand the level of faith that allows your last thoughts to be for the person who has taken your life but I wish I could…..

I can’t say anything other than that. I have never read anything that has so angered, moved and inspired me.

HI, Lisa! Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking my post on exercise trumping weight loss for heart patients. I have to say that I share your lack of understanding about this 100 year old woman you blogged about. Forgiving your mugger and murderer really must be one of the highest acts you can commit. There’s always something to strive for. Thanks for sharing!
